Here we have a newly constructed factory with new generation building In this plant we have 3 Nos Blow molding machines which are attached with leak detector having the capacity to manufacture the HDPE containers from 5 lts to 200 lts.
Also we are having 1 nos injection molding machine. Other accessories like cooling tower, High speed mixers, sound proof granulators, dehumidifiers, Hopper driers & loaders are already installed. Moog control system for controlling the weight of the container at 120 different places is also in operation.
This plant is BRC certified plant .

We have the factory constructed on the plot area around 4000 Sq Mtr. The factory shed is around 2200 Sq .Mtrs. We also have staff quarters. We have the following machines installed.
• 3 Nos Machines manufacturing carboys from 20 litres to 100 liters capacity .
• 2 Nos Injection molding machines.
• Other accessories like cooling tower, High speed mixers, sound proof granulators,
De-humidifiers, Hopper driers & loaders.

Total area of the plot is approx. 5000 Sq Mtrs. We are having a factory shade in 3000 Sq Mtrs .In which we have the following machinery 8 Nos Blow Molding machines out of which 4 machines can produce the containers having view strip by which the level of the liquid in the container can be known to you and 4 nos injection molding machines.
We have fully Automatic Imported machinery installed like
• PET molding and PET Blow machine &
• Multilayer blow molding Machine
Other accessories like cooling tower, High speed mixers, sound proof granulators, Pad Printing Machine. Dehumidifiers, Hopper driers , leak detecting machine are already installed.
